1. Eligibility for Return/Exchange

• Returns/exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

• The customer must share a clear unboxing video showing product condition & visible shipping label.

• The reason for return must be valid (wrong item, size issue, damage, defect, etc.).

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Certain categories like lingerie, intimate wear, and clearance/sale items are non-returnable.

3. Shipping Costs

• Return shipping charges will be borne by Hautehood.

4. Refund Method

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (UPI, bank transfer, card, etc.).

• Exchanges are available subject to stock.

5. Process

• Contact us via WhatsApp (link on homepage) within 7 days.

• Share order ID, unboxing video, and reason.

• Our team will arrange pickup and process your request.
