Cancellation Policy
At Hautehood, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We follow a fair and transparent Refund & Cancellation Policy in compliance with Indian e-commerce regulations.
1. Order Cancellation
Customers can cancel their order before it has been processed or shipped by contacting us via WhatsApp, Email or by our website’s “My Account” section.
Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
2. Returns & Refunds
You may request a return/exchange within 7 days of delivery.
A clear unboxing video showing the product and shipping label is mandatory to process the return.
Eligible reasons for return:
Wrong product delivered
Manufacturing defect/damage
Size issue or incorrect fit
Once the return is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup at no extra cost.
3. Refund Method & Timeline
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (UPI, card, wallet, bank account, etc.).
Refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days after the returned product passes quality check.
In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be made via bank transfer.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Lingerie, innerwear, and clearance/sale items are not eligible for returns or refunds.
