Cancellation Policy

At Hautehood, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We follow a fair and transparent Refund & Cancellation Policy in compliance with Indian e-commerce regulations.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Customers can cancel their order before it has been processed or shipped by contacting us via WhatsApp, Email or by our website’s “My Account” section.

  • Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Returns & Refunds

  • You may request a return/exchange within 7 days of delivery.

  • A clear unboxing video showing the product and shipping label is mandatory to process the return.

  • Eligible reasons for return:

    • Wrong product delivered

    • Manufacturing defect/damage

    • Size issue or incorrect fit

  • Once the return is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup at no extra cost.

3. Refund Method & Timeline

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (UPI, card, wallet, bank account, etc.).

  • Refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days after the returned product passes quality check.

  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be made via bank transfer.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Lingerie, innerwear, and clearance/sale items are not eligible for returns or refunds.
