• Hautehood is owned and operated by an individual proprietor based in West Bengal, India.

• By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

2. Products & Services

• We offer ready-to-wear and print-on-demand fashion products.

• Customization requests may be made by contacting us directly.

3. Orders & Payments

• Payments can be made via UPI, debit/credit cards, wallets, net banking, or COD (Cash on Delivery).

• All online payments are securely processed through PayU.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are processed within 3–4 business days.

• Delivery usually takes 7–10 business days within India.

• Free shipping on orders above ₹1999.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Customers can request a return/exchange within 7 days via our WhatsApp support (link available on homepage).

• Proof required: a clear unboxing video showing product & shipping label.

• Eligible refunds will be made to the original payment method or via bank transfer.

6. Intellectual Property

• All logos, designs, and images on Hautehood are the property of Hautehood and cannot be used without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Product colors may slightly vary due to lighting and display settings.

• Hautehood shall not be held liable for any indirect or incidental damages.

8. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in West Bengal.
